The Town Hall Square Renovation, Pans Garden Botanic Garden, and Bradley Park were all deeply rooted in the respect for the history of Palm Beach and the architectural legacy of the town.  All are located in historically significant areas of the town and were designed to complement and accentuate the historical aspects of each projects setting.  The first step of each project was research into the history of the project.  As each project was more or less a public project, they all involved a tremendous amount of public input. In addition to the Town, SMI partnered with the Preservation Foundation of Palm beach and the Garden Club of Palm Beach to develop and complete the projects within the Town.
